I came across Shinto's Mill Valley store by happenstance, and I am so very lucky that I did. I have an almost 8 year old cat that has severe allergies & inflammatory gut problems. She's on allergy shots, & has been on steroid meds most of her life for repeated issues with vomiting & diarrhea. Her many prescription diets either made things worse, worked temporary, or the companies abruptly cut product production. I even made home cooked & pureed meat proteins when the alternatives became unavailable, but then I worried it was missing the necessary micronutrients. All of them left her with relentless, loud stomach churning. I started a Shinto's diet just over 3 weeks ago after another downward trend. Her stomach stopped rumbling within 3 days. No vomiting or diarrhea. She's more playful and energetic. I waited to give a review since diet changes generally take her about 10-15 days to show any problems. So I'd been holding my breath & keeping my fingers crossed for that entire time to elapse. She is doing great now, has a huge appetite, is eating everything, and loves the bone stocks. I am incredibly grateful for the advice Lindsey gave me. Also the staff in the Grass Valley store were so knowledgeable and helpful when I visited to restock some items! Thank you so much!

My cat was super skinny and showing no interest in what I fed him. Most of the time he skipped his dinner. I started feeding him food from Shintos and he got really excited again at meal time! It has made a real difference, he is 11 now and want him to be the healthiest at his advanced age. Thank you!
