Are these Shinto’s own raw formulas?
These products are made by Wholesome Raw, also known as Mad Butchers. Shinto’s selects and sells them. Our Foundation, Balance, Renewal and Mix & Match foods are separate.
Does rotating formulas make a complete diet?
Rotating proteins alone does not establish nutritional completeness. Follow each product’s feeding directions. The current Chicken Complete Diet product description specifies supplemental feeding only, despite its name. Ask our team if you need help placing a formula within your dog’s daily plan.
Can I build a box for my cat?
This builder is for dogs because the turkey and beef complete diet listings are tagged for dogs. Browse raw food for products labeled for cats or ask our team.
How do shipping and pickup work?
Cold orders ship Tuesday through Thursday with a 4 lb minimum. Available pickup locations, shipping services and rates are confirmed at checkout.
What if a formula is unavailable?
The builder checks live availability and prompts you to choose another formula. Rabbit availability can be limited. Keep raw food frozen, thaw in the refrigerator and follow each package’s safe handling directions.
