Fresh food ships Tuesday–Thursday. In-stock orders placed on Monday ship Tuesday. Orders received by 2 PM Pacific on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday may ship the same day.

Orders placed after 2 PM Thursday through Monday ship the following Tuesday, subject to stock availability and holiday schedules. UPS Next Day Air Saver refers to transit time after your order ships—not the day you place it.

We ship across the United States except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Pick up in Grass Valley, Larkspur, or at the College of San Mateo Farmers Market. Market preorders close Friday at 1:00 PM.

Wait for your ready notification before collecting your order. Perishable pickup orders are held for 24 hours.

If your order arrives damaged, warm, or incomplete, or is marked delivered but missing, contact kitchen@shintospetfood.com within 4 hours of delivery or the delivery notification. Include your order number and photos where available.

We review each issue and may offer a replacement, reshipment, or store credit depending on the circumstances.
