Wedderspoon Raw Monofloral Manuka Honey is sourced from bees that forage New Zealand Manuka blossoms. Each batch is traceable to South Island hives and independently tested to meet New Zealand’s monofloral Manuka standard.

The honey is never subjected to high-heat processing. It is triple filtered and gently creamed for a smooth texture that works by the spoonful, in tea, over toast, or as a recipe sweetener.
